Betul_fit Boutique – Cancellation, Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy

Order Confirmation

By placing an order with Betul_fit Boutique, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded by the customer.
  • If a customer requests to cancel an order after payment has been made, Betul_fit Boutique reserves the right to decline the cancellation.
  • Betul_fit Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Should Betul_fit Boutique cancel an order, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Delivery Policy

  • Betul_fit Boutique aims to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled and delivered within 21 working days from the date of purchase, the customer may request a full refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued where delays are caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or where tracking confirms successful delivery to the address supplied.

Returns & Exchanges

Betul_fit Boutique accepts returns only under the following conditions:

  • A return request must be made within 5 working days of receiving the order.
  • The returned item must be received by Betul_fit Boutique within the approved return period.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Undamaged
    • Free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke, or odours
    • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Betul_fit Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify Betul_fit Boutique within 5 working days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

Once the item has been inspected and the claim approved, Betul_fit Boutique will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item;
  • Exchange the item; or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect washing, or failure to follow care instructions do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

Refund Policy

Betul_fit Boutique has a strict No Refund Policy except in the following circumstances:

  • Betul_fit Boutique cancels the order.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled and delivered within 21 working days from the date of purchase.
  • A defective item has been inspected and approved, and a replacement is unavailable.
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

Exchange Costs

Unless the return is due to an error by Betul_fit Boutique or an approved manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all courier and shipping costs relating to returns and exchanges.

Replacement items will only be dispatched once the returned goods have been received, inspected, and approved.

Digital Products

All digital products, including meal plans, workout programmes, e-books, guides, and downloadable content, are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased or accessed.

Limitation of Liability

Betul_fit Boutique shall not be liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, strikes, natural disasters, public holidays, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
